With over 20 years of experience across investment management technology, enterprise data, analytics and product strategy, she works at the intersection of strategy, technology and transformation. At Bloomberg, Hawa is one of the leads shaping Total Portfolio View, with a focus on data aggregation, portfolio structure and creating a consolidated view across public and private markets. Her work brings together product, data, technology and investment workflows to address complex challenges and shape scalable solutions.Alongside her product role, Hawa co-leads Bloomberg’s Black Professional Community in EMEA, partnering with senior leaders and colleagues to strengthen community, capability and opportunity, and to create meaningful business and organisational impact. She is also passionate about supporting founders and SMEs, and mentors businesses across the UK and Africa.Prior to Bloomberg, Hawa held senior product and strategy roles at IHS Markit, Eze Software Group and Morgan Stanley. She holds an MBA in Finance and Investment from the European School of Economics in London and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Econometrics from the Université du Québec à Montréal.
