AI is changing what products can do, how quickly teams can build and what customers expect. Product leaders must now rethink discovery, roadmaps, experimentation and the role of judgement. This session explores how leadership changes when prototypes appear in hours, features become easier to copy and responsible decision-making matters more than ever.

Hawi Abbajobir is a Product Lead at Codat, where she's building Advisory Intelligence, an AI-powered product that helps commercial bankers understand and advise their business clients. Her 11-year fintech career, across the US and UK, began in audit at Simple, widely regarded as the first neobank, which gave her a front-row seat to the challenges of building a digital bank long before the concept went mainstream. After an MBA at the University of Cambridge, she moved into product, building lending products at Uncapped, FX products at Visa and SMB accounting automation at Codat. She's seen fintech from many angles, from consumer to business and startup to global corporate, and that's what keeps it interesting for her.
