Most organisations have experimented with AI. Far fewer have translated that experimentation into meaningful productivity. Senior technology leaders share what it takes to move from isolated tools and pilots to secure, scalable adoption. The session will examine infrastructure, workforce behaviour, leadership and the practical decisions separating incremental improvement from transformative impact.
