Chidi Onwudike is Chief Operating Officer at Depop, the global fashion resale marketplace which was acquired by eBay earlier this year for $1.4 billion. She leads Strategy, Internal Operations and Analytics, shaping company-level decisions and helping teams across the business turn Depop's long-term strategy into results.
Chidi is also a certified executive coach, trained at the University of Cambridge, and draws on that practice to develop leaders both inside and outside of Depop.
Before Depop, she was a consultant advising global retailers on strategy, operations, M&A and customer experience. This international client work took her to cities including Hong Kong, Seoul, Paris and Sydney, building the skill of tailoring complex strategies to different geographic markets.


Tey Bannerman is a former Partner at McKinsey & Company and a Senior Advisor on AI, Innovation, and Design. At McKinsey he was Head of McKinsey Design Europe and led AI transformations for global brands. He is co-author of the Amazon bestseller The AI Revolution, has spoken at World AI Festival in Cannes, Founders Forum Global and AI Hot 100 New York, and was named by LinkedIn as one of the top 12 people in Europe to follow for AI in the workplace. He started out writing code and designing products at startups, still builds for fun, and founded the Purposeful AI Project to spotlight the ways that technology and AI are being used to improve people's lives.
