Re/Positioning for Impact: A Recruiter’s Lens on Career Progression

Arsema is an experienced technical recruiter and the founder of her own independent python-specialist recruitment agency, hire|py. As an avid champion for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion across the tech industry, this passion then extended into the recruitment industry and so launched the Black Recruiters Network.The Black Recruiters Network was launched with the mission of championing black excellence within Recruitment & Talent Acquisition. At our core, we support our community members by providing a safe space aswell as championing careers within recruitment. We partner with recruitment agencies and internal talent teams to support with hiring efforts, reviewing hiring processes and ensuring that talent teams are inclusive. We also partner with underrepresented communities and host numerous career-related workshops to ensure that we are sharing our expertise to help black talent navigate hiring processes and excel in their careers.
